The Power or Authority of the Name

THE POWER OR AUTHORITY OF THE NAME

John 14(13_14) And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.[14] If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

You notice that ,this is not prayer, but here Jesus is giving you a legal rights to use His name to cast out demons, to heal the sick, to deliver the people who are in oppressed, to meet the force of darkness in every area and to meet them a Conqueror.

John 16(23-24) And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.[24] Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

Notice that ,it is very clear this is a ground for your prayer. There is no power on the hell that can withstand it , because you have a legal approach to your Father You have the legal ground for prayer.Prayer is not based upon your circumstances or sympathy but upon the word of God.

He said that"Whatsoever you shall ask the father in My name ,He will give it."

This is legal power of attorney, several times Jesus said" In my name" He has given us the right use his name aganist the force of darkness and that name is identical Himself.That name has same Power that was in Christ in His earth walk.

Remember, that word in your lips that heals the sick and deliver the oppressed.It is the word in your lips when you speak to Father that gives you answer to your petition.
The Name of Jesus in your lips that cast out demons that break the power of Satan,that sets the capitive free,that gives you confidence to stand in the Father presence without guilty'or condemnation.This is greatest privileged to use the name of Jesus Christ.
