In this scripture it clearly says God wants you to rejoice in every good thing which the Lord your God giveth you and also to your house hold so what happen when you serve the Lord you shall rejoice.
The key word "Thou shall rejoice " not only you ,your household.
Sickness can't rejoice in the kingdom of God so "God remove sickness "that you may rejoice. living a healthy life  is good things which you may rejoice.
God's plan that you should  rejoice then He will teach you how to receive good things.
Today if you are having any problem we exalt you to under stand God wants to give good things,healing is good things just receive it and rejoice all the days.
